Unlike most IT companies we don't charge a higher rate for this level of support. Our hourly rate includes all call out fees.
Managed
With managed IT, we provide regular maintenance and support of your systems. In addition to this we offer guaranteed response
times and daily monitoring of your systems. Unlike most IT companies, we don't charge extra for this service; we just charge for
the work we do.

Managed IT... "worry free IT"
Managed IT is all about keeping your IT up and running and reducing your down-time in the case of an emergency. Managed
IT works on the same hourly rates as "on demand" services, however we estimate your monthly service requirements giving
you fixed monthly costs for system monitoring, backup reporting and proactive maintenance.
